Living abroad or standing in front of a classroom, I have often felt — as an educator and a lover of the Estonian language — the lack of something visual that would also support and express my identity outwardly. When leaving Estonia, I have bought blue-black-white socks and T-shirts at Tallinn Airport, but nothing has quite felt right.
