Welcome to Bestonian, whether you are an Estonian language teacher, a parent, or a learner of Estonian! I’m Reti Könninge-Geranio, the person behind Bestonian — an experienced teacher of Estonian as a foreign language and a creator of Estonian-as-a-second-language learning materials.

Here I am:

• sharing my knowledge and experience of teaching the Estonian language both in Estonia and abroad;
• writing about the Estonian language, language learning, global Estonian identity, and multilingualism;
• bringing together the learning materials I have created;
• hoping to promote my beloved mother tongue and highlight the beauty and richness of the Estonian language.
